Saint Andrew Bobola, who loved our Lord Jesus Christ so much that from your youth you dedicated yourself to His service and completely devoted yourself to winning souls for Him by the example of your life and word, sparing no labors, until finally you crowned your apostolic life with a martyr’s death, I beg you through your merits before God and the love you had for Him to obtain for me the grace that I so greatly desire … (state it).

Support me also throughout my entire life, that following your example I may always remain united with the Heart of Jesus and under the care of His Immaculate Mother. Amen.

Saint Andrew Bobola! On the path of your life you encountered obstacles, which you gradually overcame with the help of trusting prayer. God, through the intercession of Saint Andrew, have mercy on our Homeland and avert the dangers threatening it. Inspire wisdom in its rulers and representatives, and unity and conscientiousness in fulfilling duties among its citizens.
Grant it priests, religious brothers, and sisters filled with the spirit of God and zealous for the salvation of souls.
Strengthen in it the spirit of faith and purity of morals; eradicate all envy and hatred, drunkenness, disrespect for communal property, reluctance to honest work, and respect for the rights of every person.
May parents and teachers, in the fear of God, raise youth and prepare them for life in society.
May all be embraced by a spirit of dedication and sacrifice for the Church and Homeland, a spirit of mutual kindness, unity, and forgiveness. Amen.

God, who recently raised forgotten Poland through the miracle of Your omnipotence, deign through the intercession of Your servant St. Andrew Bobola to complete Your mercy over our Homeland and avert the dangers threatening it. May it, by Your grace, become an instrument of Your worship and glory. Inspire wisdom in its rulers and representatives, discipline and valor in its defenders, unity and conscientiousness in fulfilling duties among its citizens. Grant it priests filled with the spirit of God and zealous for the salvation of souls. Strengthen in it the spirit of faith and purity of morals. Eradicate all class envy and hatred, all personal or collective pride, selfishness, and greed fattened at the expense of the common good. May parents and teachers, in the fear of God, raise youth, training it in obedience and work, and protecting it from corruption. May all be embraced by a spirit of self-dedication and sacrifice for the Church and Homeland, a spirit of mutual kindness and forgiveness. Saint Andrew Bobola, our great Patron! In your priestly ministry you were a zealous worker toiling in God’s vineyard. You understood your work as service for the common good. Your example teaches us to recognize the value of work in fulfilling our entire life’s vocation. Support us in discovering the occupation that God expects from us, so that through it we may serve the growth of good in the world in an attitude of service and love. We ask this through Jesus, your and our Lord, who with the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit reigns now and forever. Amen.
